Senior Program Manager – Digital / Web Projects (1099 – Contract)

Orange County, CA (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)Compensation: $60 - $70 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)Engagement OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead multiple enterprise interactive marketing and web development projects. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role managing cross-functional teams across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC environments.This engagement is suited for a senior-level professional who can independently drive execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex digital initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, digital agencies, and third-party vendors.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise digital and web projects Coordinate across Developers, BSAs, QA, Client teams, and third-party vendors Manage execution across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC frameworks Drive program planning, scheduling, and roadmap execution Track and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across projects Maintain and operate JIRA, Confluence, and SmartSheet for project tracking Create and deliver weekly status reports and leadership presentations (PPT) Ensure all documentation is maintained as a single source of truth Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives Lead backlog grooming and user story decomposition Remove impediments and ensure consistent sprint progress Manage RAID logs, escalation processes, and mitigation strategies Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders Partner with Product Managers to align on objectives and success criteria Support UAT and business validation activities Drive PMO activities including:Weekly agendas and reporting Meeting coordination and recaps Stage gate reviews and readiness assessments Required Expertise 5–7 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in Digital/IT environments Strong experience with:Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Agile SDLC methodologies and ceremonies Project tracking tools (SmartSheet, Excel, PowerPoint) Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in:Automotive Digital / Digital Retail / eCommerce programs Large-scale web and mobile application projects Cloud platforms (AWS) DevOps and CI/CD environments AI platform implementations PMP Certification (preferred) Engagement Structure (1099 Compliance)Independent Consultant (1099) engagement Onsite role – candidates must be local to Orange County, CA Standard Pacific Time business hours, with occasional extended hours as needed Opportunity for long-term extension based on performance and delivery outcomes Consultant expected to operate with high accountability, autonomy, and minimal oversight Nondiscrimination StatementMOGEL RPO LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and considers all qualified individuals for consulting opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.Please note: because this is a 1099 independent consulting engagement rather than an employment position, traditional EEOC employment language does not directly apply; however, we remain committed to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices in all contractor and consulting relationships.To ApplyPlease submit your resume, availability, and a brief summary of recent program management experience in digital/web project delivery, including tools used (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and environments (Agile/Waterfall).
