Warehouse and Shipping Manager

We’re looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Manager to take full ownership of inbound and outbound logistics—from receiving raw materials all the way to final shipment. Your ability to balance urgency with structure will define success here.Leadership FocusLead and develop warehouse teams across shiftsDrive accountability around speed, accuracy, and safetyCreate a culture of ownership without burnout—even during sustained surgesCross-Functional Impact You’ll work closely with production and leadership to ensure seamless flow from manufacturing to fulfillment, while supporting client-specific requirements like custom packaging and kitting.What We’re Looking For5+ years in warehouse/shipping management in high-volume environments (e-commerce, 3PL, print, etc.)Proven experience managing peak/holiday ramp-ups and surge staffingStrong knowledge of carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight) and shipping platformsExperience with WMS and inventory control best practicesMulti-shift team leadership experienceBonus points for DTC fulfillment experience, 3PL/vendor management, or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
