Easton Newberry Archery Center PositionThe Easton Newberry Archery Center is a state-of-the-art archery center, featuring indoor and outdoor ranges, and world-class training facilities. The center provides leadership, facilities, programs, training, and education that allows archers to pursue their competitive dreams.Hours: Part-time including weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed.Compensation: $15-16 Hourly DOEBenefits:Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) company match and profit sharingGenerous vacation plan that starts accruing on your first day, sick leave and 10 paid holidays per yearLearn the sport of archery, free access to state of the art archery ranges, fun and casual working environment, onsite gym, team building activities, company Fitbit program, employee catered lunches & more!Easton Foundation's TeamJoin our small but growing team that embodies our company's core values: Excellence, Accountability, Service, Teamwork, Optimism and New IdeasPotential for travel opportunities to assist with company events and programsWe cross-train all employees to create a dynamic team atmosphereThere is no experience necessary to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesArchery Program Duties:Effectively run entry level programsEmbody the Easton Foundation program's principles of fun, community, and balanceCoach entry and basic level programsAssist with upkeep, maintenance, and organization of archery program equipmentAid in program engagement trackingAssist with the execution of group eventsAssist with all other archery programs and activities as neededEvent Duties:Assist with the development, logistics and execution of center eventsWillingness to train under Easton Foundation's event best practicesAssist in the setup and breakdown of center events and activitiesAct as tournament judge when neededAssist with event scoringEvent registrationProcess paymentsAssist in event outreach effortsAssist with event marketingTimely execution of tasks assignedKey QualificationsStrong customer service skills.Willingness to obtain level 2 USA Archery instructor certification (training provided)Willingness to obtain USA Archery judging certification (training provided)Willingness to obtain CPR, First-Aid, etc., (training provided).Be able to safely operate common power and hand tools.Must be able to work well with children, adults, and special needs persons.Must be able to work all scheduled hours including evenings, weekends, holidays andWork non-standard hours as needed.Ability to lift targets and other items of a heavy nature averaging 50 pounds in weight and other physical functions as needed.Maintain good attendance on the job.Possess a valid driver's license.
