Appointment Setter / Canvasser (No Sales Experience Required) All Concepts Roofing is hiring Appointment Setters (Canvassers) to join our growing team in Central Oregon. This is an entry-level opportunity for outgoing, motivated individuals who want to earn strong commission income without needing prior sales experience. Your role is to speak with homeowners, introduce our free roof inspection service, and schedule appointments for our professional sales team. You are not responsible for closing contracts or performing in-home sales. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door Speak with homeowners about roofing concerns and inspection needs Schedule qualified appointments for company sales representatives Enter appointment notes and details into our CRM system Meet daily performance expectations (minimum 2 appointments per day, goal of 5) Compensation and Earnings This is a performance-based commission role with significant earning potential. Minimum production (2 appointments per day) pays $50 per appointment Higher daily totals unlock increased pay per appointment Average new appointment setters earn $65,000–$75,000 per year Top performers regularly exceed six figures Additional bonuses available for maintaining an 80% sit rate or higher Your income is directly tied to the number and quality of appointments you set.
