You’ll take ownership of the full leasing lifecycle—working closely with brokers, tenants, and internal teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental incomeAnalyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to position assets competitivelySource, attract, and retain high-quality tenants across the portfolioLead lease negotiations to secure favourable commercial termsDrive property marketing initiatives and broker engagementManage the full transaction process from initial interest through to lease executionOversee lease administration including renewals, amendments, and complianceDeliver regular reporting on leasing performance, occupancy, and revenueConduct property tours and present assets to prospective tenantsPartner with finance and property teams on budgeting and performance optimisationBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and stakeholdersResolve tenant issues and leasing challenges effectivelyAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or similar8–10 years’ experience across industrial/commercial leasing (including pre-leasing or build-to-suit)Strong network within the brokerage community with a proven deal track recordIn-depth knowledge of lease structures, negotiations, and market dynamicsCommercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skillsExperience using property management and CRM systemsHighly organised with strong attention to detailActive real estate licence (as required by state)What Success Looks LikeHigh occupancy rates and reduced vacancy across the portfolioConsistent deal flow and strong lease transaction volumeStrong tenant retention and satisfactionReduced lease-up timelines and increased rental incomeDelivery against budget and performance targetsWhy Consider This Role?Join a well-capitalised, globally backed platformWork across a premium industrial and commercial portfolioHigh level of autonomy and influence over leasing strategyCollaborative, high-performance environment with strong growth plansReady to Elevate Your Career?Send your resume or inquire confidentially: harry.hannan@mackinnon-bruce.comVisit our website for more open roles: https://www.mackinnon-bruce.com/job-search/
