Job Description: We are seeking responsible, diligent, and licensed Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be vigilant and dedicated to maintaining our clients' safe and secure environment. As an Unarmed Security Officer at Beyond Security, you will be a critical component of our security operations, ensuring the safety of people and property. Key Responsibilities: **Monitor Premises:** Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates. **Surveillance:** Use surveillance systems to monitor activities and respond to suspicious behavior. **Incident Response:** Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Prepare reports on incidents, suspicious activities, and any other security-related issues. **Access Control:** Regulate entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials. Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and other persons to ensure authorized access. **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. Assist with directions and provide a safe environment. **Emergency Protocols:** Act according to established procedures in case of emergencies such as fire, medical emergencies, or threats. **Collaboration:** Work closely with law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary. Qualifications: **License:** Must possess a valid security officer license as required by state regulations. **Experience:** Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. **Skills:** Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **Physical Fitness:** Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. **Background Check:** Must pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and drug screening. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
