Since opening our doors in 2011, we've built an excellent reputation for being there when customers need us most.WHAT KIND OF IMPACT WILL YOU MAKE?ResponsibilitiesThe Office Administrator works closely with our sales representatives, department leads, and managers to support smooth business operations and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll have your hand in various aspects of the business and help make workdays more efficient. Responsibilities include:Politely and professionally answering, forwarding, and screening phone callsManaging office supplies, collateral, apparel, and miscellaneous assets, and ordering more supplies as neededCoordinating sales meetings, setting up the meeting space, and cleaning up afterwardsAssisting team members and managers with various administrative duties as requestedContributing to project planning and implementation as assignedAssist with cross-office processes.
