Now offering a $10,000 sign on bonus for full-time! Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Paris, TN. As a RN, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. This position is full time, part time, or per diem. Hiring for night shift (7p-7a)! Pay Rates: $30.00 - $37.92 per hour Sign On Bonus -> $10,000 for full time ______________________________________________________________ Job Requirements: Current and active Registered Nurse License in state of TN Previous experience in long term care is preferred Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed _________________________________________________________________ Job Responsibilities May Include: Provide direct patient care to residents following established care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately Monitor residents' health status including vital signs, physical and mental condition Assist with admission, transfers and discharge procedures including resident assessments and documentation Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists and other team members to ensure quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records Support residents with activities of daily living as needed Participate in care planning, family conferences, and resident meetings to promote person centered care Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies Educate residents and families on health management, medication use, and care procedures Assist in training and mentoring new staff ______________________________________________________________ Why Choose Patriot Health and Rehab?
