Essential FunctionsTroubleshoots, maintains, and repairs the following:HVAC equipmentElectrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lightingPools and pool equipmentAppliances in apartmentsGeneral plumbingGeneral carpentryElectric motors, controls and auxiliary equipmentChecks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.Inventory Management and shop maintenanceExceptional Customer ExperienceDelivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company’s Engaging Vision of Customer Service.Establish rapport with Residents and provide personalized service.Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.Check out our Glassdoor page to see Associate testimonials!**
