We’re looking for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to showcase their hospitality talents. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems * Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items like cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance the guest experience * Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests * Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff * Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant technology *Qualifications* * Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightclubs is highly preferred * Some knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs * Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures * Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends; previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively setting!
