House Cleaner

Cleaning Bees is looking for motivated team members that live in the Livingston County Area who enjoy cleaning, are dependable, thorough, friendly & have an eye for detail. Cleaning Experience is NOT necessary - we will train the right candidate. The current position we are looking to fill will take care of our Howell, Brighton, Pinckney, Whitmore Lake and South Lyon, Northville, Ann Arbor residential clients Do you want to: Work for a company that genuinely cares about you & allows you to put your family first. Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds. Pay: All Cleaning Technicians start training at $16.00 per hour After your 30 day probationary period pay increase ,as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns. Yearly raises are also provided which coincide with your work-anniversary and performance evaluations. The amount you receive is based on performance and attendance. Paid weekly - every Friday, via direct deposit. Travel pay - see travel below. Service Area & Travel: Travel is expected. ; we service locations within 20 miles of Pinckney You are required to travel up to 30-40 minutes, one-way, per day. We try to schedule as logically as we can, so typically, travel is less than this, but you must be able to travel. Gas stipends are calculated each day by how many miles you drive. This is to help offset the cost of gas you are putting into your vehicle and then the wear and tear on your vehicle as well. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Ensure jobs get done in the allotted time to clean Ensure sanitation standards are met by using appropriate cleaning products and techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Maintain a valid driver’s license for transportation to various job locations. Cleaners are set up will all the supplies needed, are willing to wash you towels( we pay $5 a load? Do you have any past paid residential cleaning experience? This is a part time position to start 20 to 25 hour a week, days and hours my vary each week for the fist 14 days employed. Full time 30 to 36 hrs after 2 weeks of training.
