Yard Coordinator / Lift Operator

Job Description We are a growing intermodal trucking company operating an ocean container storage depot in St. Paul, MN. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Yard Coordinator / Lift Operator to help with the day-to-day operations of our container yard.This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and keeping operations organized and moving efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily container yard operations, including container organization, stacking, and inventory trackingCoordinate inbound and outbound container movementsInspect chassis, trucks, and equipment to ensure safety and compliance standards are metOperate forklifts, container lifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environmentCommunicate with drivers, dispatch, and customers to keep freight flowing smoothlyWork outdoors in all weather conditions — this is Minnesota, after allWhat We're Looking ForWe need someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
