Please ENSURE you are submitting you candidate's location and commitment to travel / be onsite WEEKLY with each submission.Job summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Functional Architect with extensive experience to lead our SAP SCM S/4HANA initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP SCM S/4HANA Quality Management, S/4HANA PLM Plant Maintenance, S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP), and related domains. This role will focus on driving digital transformation and delivery management to enhance our production planning, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.Job ResponsibilitiesIn depth experience of S/4HANA manufacturing planning and execution including advanced production applications, such as PPDSExposure to SAP supply chain management that is required to support manufacturing, including EWM, inbound and outbound logisticsExposure to Quality Management, Batch Management, process and discrete manufacturing, Make-To-Stock, and Make-To-OrderExposure to LIMS and MES integrationExposure to Plant Maintenance in manufacturingUnderstanding of the leading industry practices in manufacturingHas a good understanding of the latest and future functionality that SAP has to offer in manufacturing and supply chainUnderstand the integration with other key functions such as sales, procurement, distribution and finance.Specifically seeking experience in the Life Sciences and Process industry.Minimum QualificationsExperience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in designing, and building the process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
