You’ll help ensure our hardware, software, and production systems run smoothly so employees can focus on what they do best. This position offers strong exposure to IT/OT systems, meaningful user interaction, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects.What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for end‑user IT and MES support, providing Level 1 and 2 assistanceReceive, prioritize, document, and resolve incoming system and application requests in a timely and customer‑focused mannerSupport employees throughout their technology journey so they can effectively perform their rolesPerform hands‑on desktop support including installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and softwareSupport enterprise applications such as Email, Intranet, ERP, and MES systemsCreate, manage, and administer user accounts and accessMonitor IT and MES system performance to identify issues and opportunities for improvementDocument solutions, maintain a knowledge base, and identify trends to proactively prevent future issuesParticipate in IT/OT projects and process improvement initiativesMaintain reporting environments and support data reliabilityStay current with evolving technologies and best practicesFollow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System requirementsWhat You BringRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience supporting enterprise applications such as email, ERP, and intranet systemsStrong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a high‑demand environmentProven analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organizationAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical usersPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of IT experienceMicrosoft, A+, or similar technical certificationsExperience supporting Oracle, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft IntuneExperience in a manufacturing or high‑demand operational environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft SQL database monitoringExperience in a client‑server environmentStrong knowledge of PCs, peripherals, networked printers, LAN interfaces, and thin‑client environmentsHands‑on support experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, RDP, and related toolsReport writing and reporting system support experienceWhat We OfferA collaborative team environment with strong cross‑functional exposureHands‑on experience supporting both business and manufacturing systemsOpportunities to build technical depth in IT, MES, and OT environmentsA role where your work directly enables production, safety, and business successOngoing learning and development in a growing, technology‑driven organizationWe offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401(k) plan that includes employer matching and profit sharing.
