LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an outstanding company office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time onsite Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a Monday through Friday position $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience.The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day accounts payable functions.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-volume processing of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerThree way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation for accuracy and complianceReview invoices for proper approval, coding, and compliancePrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate and organized accounts payable recordsCommunicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiriesPerform additional accounting or administrative duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required;2+ years of recent accounts payable experienceStrong data entry and 10-Key skills with a high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with accounting or ERP systemStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamIf you are interested in this opportunity and meet the minimum requirements apply now!Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Morgan RossBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
