Greet all Guests warmly and enthusiastically as they enter PURE. As quickly and efficiently as possible, escort Guests to their table and seat them properly. If there is a wait for tables, make sure the wait list is managed efficiently, wait times are quoted accurately, and Guests are aware of seating at the bar, if any. Respond immediately and appropriately to any situation where the Guest is perceives less than legendary service or hospitality, including involving a Manager. Inspect and clean assigned restroom every 30 minutes. Provide a sincere and appropriate farewell, and invitation to return to all Guests as they depart.Sales GrowthProvide warm, friendly and efficient service and hospitality so that every Guest becomes a repeat Guest.Cost ControlsClock in and out accurately according to your posted schedule. Carry, stack, store and clean plates, glassware and utensils properly. Avoid unnecessary breakage, and do not carelessly throw small wares in the trash.
