Technical Project Manager – GPU Infrastructure

Location: San Francisco Bay Area Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support GPU infrastructure deployments and customer communication in the San Francisco Bay Area.The role will act as the main local point of contact for customers and coordinate closely with engineering, data center, networking, storage, and operations teams.ResponsibilitiesFollow up on customer requirements, deployment schedules, and technical issues.Coordinate GPU cluster deployment and ongoing support.Track project milestones, risks, blockers, and action items.Communicate customer needs clearly to internal engineering teams.Support customer meetings, onboarding, testing, and production readiness.Ensure timely responses to customer requests through Slack and other channels.RequirementsExperience in cloud services, GPU/AI infrastructure, or data centers.Strong technical project management and customer communication skills.Familiarity with servers, networking, storage, Kubernetes, or GPU clusters is preferred.Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
