Your craftsmanship restores vehicles to pre-accident condition and keeps our high-volume production flowing smoothly through the paint line.
This role is for skilled professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of their work, and understand that quality repairs create lasting customer trust.
Your Mission:
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles efficiently to prepare for body repair and painting.
Perform masking, block sanding, priming, and body filler application to restore damaged areas.
Execute frame measuring, pulling, and straightening to manufacturer and industry standards.
Cut, fit, weld, and install replacement parts with accuracy and attention to detail.
Inspect repair areas to ensure proper alignment, fitment, and completeness.
Complete all repairs according to repair order specifications with speed and precision.
Apply seam sealers and corrosion protection per manufacturer guidelines.
Identify additional repair needs early while minimizing supplemental repair orders.
Collaborate with paint, production, and management teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Conduct test drives and final inspections to verify repair quality and safety.
Track assigned vehicles and maintain workflow schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Follow OSHA and EPA regulations and properly handle hazardous materials.
Use and maintain collision repair tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Participate in ongoing training, including I-CAR or other industry programs.
Perform physical duties including sanding, welding, lifting, cleaning, and vehicle prep.
Uphold company quality standards to reduce defects and exceed customer expectations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of professional automotive body repair experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, sanding, and welding.
Standing and moving throughout the shop for extended periods.
Exposure to paint, fumes, dust, chemicals, varying temperatures, and shop noise.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
