General Radiologist - Partnership Track

Job Summary Ocean Radiology Associates is a collegial, close‐knit, growing 12+ physician‐owned private practice seeking a general radiologist to accommodate growth and retirements. The group covers two hospitals (220 beds and 100 beds), an urgent care center, and two outpatient centers serving southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.Work Environment The basic diagnostics include a hybrid work environment with approximately 15‐20% of diagnostic work taken from home. Workweek Monday‐Friday typically between 8am‐4pm. Weekday call is distributed evenly within the group. Teleradiology covers overnight on weekdays and evening+overnight on weekends.Requirements / Qualifications No fellowship training is required; fellowship training is welcomed.MQSA/Breast Imaging is a plus but not required.Visa sponsorship is available.Compensation & Benefits This is a fully equitable partner track position with vacation and call equal to partners from day one. We offer a highly competitive starting compensation package (starting salary $400,000‐450,000), signing bonus, moving stipend, and generous vacation time. Partnership results in a significant increase of total compensation. The practice places great emphasis on highest quality clinical care while maintaining a comfortable work‐life balance.
