The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that all processes and operations meet quality standards. Responsibilities include data entry, quality assurance checks, assist in developing and updating documentation and collaborating with teams to improve processes and maintain high standards of performance across recycling operations. This position will also include some light filing, answering of phones and other administrative work.QualificationsDetail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skillsProven experience in data entry, quality assurance, or a related administrative roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry softwareStrong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service skills and ability to communicate via email and phoneHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience in the manufacturing or recycling industries is a plus
