Process Engineer
We are seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to support process optimization, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve production performance, maximize uptime, and drive operational excellence.Responsibilities:• Optimize machine centerlines, process parameters, and production setpoints to improve throughput, efficiency, and product quality• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on changeovers, sanitation, tooling, and workflow optimization using Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies• Analyze equipment performance data and CMMS (M+) work orders to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement reliability improvements• Improve equipment uptime and reduce scrap through preventive maintenance enhancements and spare parts optimization• Partner with Maintenance teams to strengthen PM programs, repair procedures, and asset health management practices• Support capital projects including Commissioning, Validation, and Startup (CVS) activities to ensure successful implementation and operational integration• Evaluate opportunities for automation, process control enhancements, and cost reduction initiatives• Establish and maintain OEM and vendor documentation standards to support training, operational readiness, and long-term equipment performance• Serve as the technical liaison for OEM partners, coordinating service activities and troubleshooting efforts• Coach and support cross-functional teams to drive defect elimination and continuous improvement effortsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related Engineering/Technology discipline (BS Industrial Engineering or similar required)• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, industrial engineering, or reliability engineering• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing principles• Strong data analysis skills with experience reviewing CMMS data and performance metrics• Proficiency with SAP, PLC systems, AutoCAD (or similar CAD software), and shop floor integration systems• Experience within food manufacturing or packaging environments preferred• Working knowledge of plant operations, processing, and packaging equipment• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable operational improvements
