A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization./ppWe are looking for a Sr. Technical Sourcer, who will be responsible for working closely with our engineering teams to build a strong candidate pipeline across a broad spectrum of roles (H/W Design, H/W Package, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, etc.) at various levels. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates and acting as a consultant to Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process./ppResponsibilities:/pp Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies, that incorporates multi-channel clientrches and techniques./pp Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep reclientrch-oriented understanding of the industry./pp Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates, while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs./pp Promote our employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques to attract top talent./pp Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired./pp Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations./pp Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit. alignment, work with hiring managers to build overall understanding of position requirements./pp Work closely with supporting team members, recruiters and coordinators, to establish successful recruitment processes./ppRequired Skills and Experience:/pp 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization./pp Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience./pp History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack and Github)./pp Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails./pp Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements./pp Experience working on technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions/pp Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment./pp Detail-oriented with strong organization skills./pp Ability to work in a fast-paced environment./pp Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion./pp A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems./pp Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and a strong team play./pp Exceptional ability to tell the companys story in a way that speaks to a job. seekers motivation, career goals, and interests./pp Excellent collaboration and communication skills./pp Proven ability to work effectively and prioritize your workload./p/div
