Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Memphis, TN. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and mentoring a team, setting and achieving performance goals, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing budgets, and delivering great customer service. The General Manager will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
