We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analystto support a fast-paced telecom environment in Stamford, CT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional settings, excels at building stakeholder relationships, and can translate business needs into clear, actionable process flows.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across telecom-related initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Develop detailedprocess flows, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Visio
Analyze current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Bring visibility to operational issues and recommend solutions to enhance performance and scalability
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive clarity and consensus on business needs
Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including documentation, testing coordination, and implementation support
Top Requirements:
Telecom industry experience (Highly Preferred)
Strong experience creatingprocess flows and workflow diagrams in Visio
Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile or hybrid project environments
Exposure to telecom operations, network processes, or service delivery workflows
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
