Salesforce Developer

Overview In this role you will design low-level implementation aligned to high-level architecture and own module development within Salesforce. You will build custom Apex/Visualforce code, support data migration and integration projects, and work with multiple Salesforce APIs and ETL tools. You’ll document designs, create unit tests, and follow architects’ best practices while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams. This position offers hands-on development with a focus on scalable Salesforce solutions that drive integration and data workflows. ResponsibilitiesDesign low-level design from high-level architecture and own modulesDevelop custom Salesforce code (Apex, Visualforce) and data migration/integration solutionsImplement and consume Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming)Work with ETL tools (Informatica, Pervasive, Dell Boomi, Data Stage) for data integrationMap entities and data for migrationDocument unit testing scenarios and ensure adherence to architect-defined best practicesManage small onsite and offshore dev teamsUtilize Config management tools (SVN, Git Hub) and perform code migration via Eclipse IDE, Change Sets, and ANT scripts Key requirementsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 4+ years in IT with Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Apex and VisualforceProficient with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming)Experience with data migration/integration and ETL tools (Informatica, Pervasive, Dell Boomi, Data Stage)Experience with data mapping and unit testingFamiliarity with source control (SVN, GitHub) and deployment tools (Eclipse IDE, Change Sets, ANT)Ability to lead small onsite and offshore teamsDev 401 is required; Dev 501 is a plusTeam leadershipCross-functional collaborationAttention to detailApexVisualforceSalesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming)
