What You’ll Do The VP, Creative and Brand be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy across ZAGG and mophie, driving innovative content that elevates our brand presence and engages our target audience. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire creativity within the team, foster collaboration across departments, and deliver impactful creative solutions that align with our business objectives. Other responsibilities include: Develop and implement a bold, cohesive creative strategy to build high impact content that is unique, stunning, and effective that aligns with brand goals and drives growth for ZAGG and mophie. Lead, mentor, and uplevel the creative team, fostering a culture of excellence. Oversee the creation of high-quality, innovative and memorable content that builds excitement and strengthens brand recognition. Craft briefs and presentation decks that communicate concepts, ideas, and campaigns to direct the creative team and to pitch creative to peers and senior management. Develop and maintain clear brand and visual style guides for the brand. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing channels. Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to align creative efforts with broader company initiatives and objectives. Develop creative programs, processes, team organization, and environment to ensure timely development and execution of campaigns and projects Measure the effectiveness of creative initiatives and continuously refine strategies to maximize brand impact and ROI. What You’ll Need to be Successful 10+ years of experience in Creative Marketing, with proven experience as a Senior Creative Director or similar leadership role within a creative agency or in-house team. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative work. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST HAVE A LINK TO A PORTFOLIO. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing creative teams. Expertise in brand development, content creation, and visual storytelling. Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
