Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member to join our clinic. This role combines hands-on patient care and front desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced healthcare setting. No experience as a chiropractic assistant? No problem — we will guide you through obtaining your CA license. Responsibilities Patient Care: Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and stretching Apply basic physiotherapy modalities (heat, ice, electrotherapy, etc.) Provide light massage therapy as directed by the doctor Prepare and clean treatment rooms Support clinic operations (laundry, stocking, organization) Front Desk: Greet and check in patients Schedule and manage appointments Assist with intake paperwork Enter charges and maintain accurate records Help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and punctual Interest in health, wellness, or anatomy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Experience in healthcare, fitness, massage, or customer service is a plus.
