The ideal candidate will have a clean MVR, no accidents or violations in the past 4 years, and a desire to stay on the road and rack up miles. Key Responsibilities: Run 2500–3000 miles per week, with most drivers getting over 3500 miles weekly Drive within the Central and Eastern Time Zones (No NYC, or NJ) Safely transport customer freight, Dry Van and Flatbed - NO Hazmat Complete regular inspections and follow all safety procedures Ensure proper paperwork is submitted, including logs and inspection reports Follow all DOT regulations and company policies What We Offer: Dry Van - $0.65 cpm includes $0.05 Weekly Fuel Bonus includes $0.05 Weekly Safety Bonus includes $0.05 Weekly Performance Bonus Flatbed $0.65 - $0.70 cpm, that includes $0 .05 for Safety. (when you start in 5 days) Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus TOTAL for qualified drivers Per Diem pay (non-taxable) W2 Employment with weekly direct deposit pay every Friday Excellent benefits eligibility starting the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment $2,500 Referral Bonus (restrictions apply) Detention pay, Breakdown pay, and additional pay for good inspections Home time depends on your location and time out on the road Access to 2023, 2024, and 2025 trucks (Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvos) – all with inverters and refrigerators Flatbed drivers with 5+ recent years experience - NEW 2025 Freightliner or Volvo Automatic trucks governed at 68 mph on the pedal and 69 mph on cruise Fuel account with Loves Partner with Penske for truck maintenance Requirements: Valid CDL Minimum of 2 years (24 months) of OTR experience, preferred no more than 3 job in the last 1 year Must be 23+ years old (per insurance requirements) Valid Med Card required Clean driving record with no accidents or violations in the last 4 years Ability to run 2500-3500 miles per week on average No NYC, No NJ routes Ability to pass a DOT background check and drug test While we are SAP-friendly, we are not currently accepting SAP driver applications at this time.
