Junior Technical Project Manager (TPM)Englewood, CO (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)Long-term contract (up to 2 years, with potential for conversion)Compensation: $30-32/hrAbout The RoleOur client is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support fast-paced engineering and product initiatives across cloud, cable, and syndication programs in a hybrid role based in Englewood, CO. This long-term contract position is ideal for early-career professionals with strong operational and communication skills who are interested in growing into a technical project management career. The Junior TPM will work in a high-impact, global environment (partnering with U.S., UK, and Italy teams) and is expected to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams—even without deep prior technical experience. You will coordinate day-to-day project execution, assist with project tracking, timelines, and stakeholder communication, and support Agile processes such as JIRA ticket management and sprint planning. The role involves participating in technical meetings, contributing to deployment activities and change management efforts, and building executive-ready presentations.
