Home Care Marketer For Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)Xtreme Care is hiring a Home Care Marketer focused on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) referrals across NYC and Westchester County. This is a field-based role for someone who knows how to build referral relationships, educate partners, and drive intake not a desk job.What You'll DoBuild and maintain referral relationships with:Hospitals & discharge plannersRehab facilities & neuro providersCase managers, social workers, and attorneysPresent Xtreme Care's TBI home care servicesAttend in-person meetings and community outreach eventsTrack referrals and work closely with intake to convert themWhat We're Looking ForExperience in home care or healthcare marketingTBI, neuro rehab, Medicaid, or waiver experience strongly preferredComfortable with in-person, field-based marketingStrong communication and follow-up skillsFamiliarity with NYC or Westchester referral networksCompensationCompetitive base payPerformance-based incentivesNYC or Westchester County (local travel required)
