Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Build rapport with guests through excellent guest relations and personalized service Support team members in a collaborative environment to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Culinary experience or beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktail mixing, and drink service Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle sales efficiently Basic math skills for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Experience with serving guests in hospitality environments such as host/hostess roles or bussing is beneficial Strong communication skills combined with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
