You will be responsible for overseeing both the day to day Core operational management across SDA’s 27 and 28 in Hampshire as well as taking ownership of projects from pricing through to completion and monitoring compliance, PPM’s and assisting with the delivery of small works.Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging and reporting on KPI’sHealth & Safety management and compliance monitoringActing as the first point of contact for HR issuesMonitoring PPM and corrective maintenance worksCompleting audits and ensuring standards are maintainedManaging staffing levels and on-call rotasSupporting site teams with day to day operationsManaging budgets and costsAssist with the pricing of small worksEssential CriteriaKnowledge and experience of PPM and corrective maintenance contractsSMSTS qualificationAbility to manage multiple operations effectiveStrong mechanical or electrical knowledgeWilling to travel across multiple sites in HampshirePlease apply through the website or contact Leah in the Recruitment team for more information.
