Machine Operator

Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key responsibilities include:Operate and monitor assigned machinery and production equipmentSet up machines according to job specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operationInspect materials and finished products for defects and quality complianceMaintain accurate production records and reportsFollow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and company policiesKeep work area clean and organizedCommunicate equipment issues to maintenance or supervisorsAssist with additional production tasks as neededQualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredAbility to read and interpret work instructions, measurements, and basic mechanical informationStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsBasic math and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime when neededAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
