An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at aleading multinational private security firm . We are looking for aVice President of Taxto join this organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement tax strategies that align with long-term goals of a closely-held family business.Manage complexities of Transfer Pricing across North America, LATAM, and Africa.Proactively monitor and manage impacts of BEAT and OECD Pillar Two global minimum tax requirements.Oversee tax compliance for multi-state footprint, ensuring accurate nexus determination and apportionment.Collaborate with HR and Payroll to optimize tax strategies related to labor-based incentives.Direct tax activities for international subsidiaries, navigating regulatory environments in emerging markets.Ensure timely and accurate global tax compliance and reporting.Manage tax audits and disputes with tax authorities.Build, mentor, and lead the corporate tax team.Drive automation and process optimization across tax compliance and reporting.RequirementsMaster’s in Taxation or JD/LLM in Tax preferred.CPA certification required.15+ years of progressive tax experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a $500M+ revenue company.Deep knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 740), Transfer Pricing, and international tax treaties.Experience in Big 4 plus labor-intensive industries such as Security, Facilities, Logistics, or Healthcare is highly preferred.Ability to translate complex tax code into actionable business insights for non-tax executives and family stakeholders.Proven ability to manage tax audits and disputes with tax authorities.Strong leadership and mentoring skills to build and lead corporate tax teams.Expertise in leveraging tax technology and data analytics to improve accuracy and transparency.Experience with automation and process optimization in tax compliance and reporting.CertificationsCPAIn addition to the salary, the company offers the following benefitsHealth insurance.Access to highly skilled experts to bring you the latest in learning and development with training in leadership, technical and personal development.What is RSight® RSight® is a next-generation recruitment solution, committed to the values of fairness, transparency, and human-centric hiring.
