Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026. Positions are contingent pending contract award.A majority of the opportunities are in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WDCMA). Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.Job ResponsibilitiesDuring Transition InInherit existing architecture artifacts and tech documentationConduct architecture discovery sessions with gov and CDAO stakeholdersAssess current modular maturity across NIPR/SIPS/JWICs environmentsIdentify technical debt, vendor-lock risks, and non-standard componentsReview existing APIs, tech standards, risks and constraintsMap current DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelinesAssess current Cloud architectureDesign and develop solutions forComplex application integration problemsSystem administration issuesNetwork concernsPerform systems management and integration functions.Interface directly with all user types and WDP development teams in all phases of the product lifecycle toEliminate roadblocksMaintain requirements disciplineContinuously enhance WDP system performance and capabilities. Maintain critical industry and academia relationships to source and accredit best-of breed AI/ML tools, accelerating accreditation. Architect use case solutions in support of Customer Success Operations. QualificationsEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree with 18 years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 16 years of relevant experience, or PhD or JD with 8 years of relevant experience.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And CompetenciesKnowledge of cloud computing concepts, data pipelines & APIs Advanced problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying roadblocks, analyzing root causes, and driving effective resolutions. Customer-centric mindset, ensuring solutions support positive user experiences while meeting stakeholder expectations and mission outcomes Ability to engage directly with diverse user groups and coordinate closely with development teams throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. Experience with full lifecycle and secure and automated development of data management, data analytics, or ML Experience with data visualization packages in Python or similar programming languages Data engineering and operations experience with one of the large cloud-computing infrastructure solutions similar to AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment Experience using Agile development methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management
