(2026 PISD Graduates; Incoming 2026-2027 PISD Juniors or Seniors)Positions may be available in the following areas:* HVAC Helper* Electrical Helper* Plumber Helper*Grounds Helper* Warehouse Helper* Painter Helper* Carpenter Helper* CustodianJob Duties as Assigned:Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by school administrators, department supervisors, teachers, or staff members.Adapt to changing needs and priorities within the school environment to provide effective support.Qualifications:Current enrollment as a student at Pearsall ISD.16 years of age or older.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, directors, administrators, teachers, staff, and fellow students.Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and educational technology preferred.Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
