Senior Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist

We are a family-owned, local business. We currently have an opening for a full time senior ecommerce customer support specialist. Duties: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner with accurate, easy to understand information. Note: customer interaction is almost exclusively via email and other electronic communication Foster interdepartmental communication to resolve and prevent customer issues Support the returns and refunds process Create and maintain departmental operating procedures Organize and direct department activities and tasks Effectively prioritize daily operations Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years customer service experience in an office environment desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and data entry Attention to detail Ability to work independently Basic math skills E-Commerce business knowledge a plus' Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
