This is a fully onsite opportunity ideal for an attorney who can independently manage personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling litigation cases, courtroom appearances, motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling cases with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury litigation cases from start to finishHandle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practiceRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiationsPrepare legal strategies and case documentationCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teamsSupport trial preparation and courtroom proceedingsQualifications3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experienceStrong courtroom exposure and litigation handling skillsExperience managing cases independentlyExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work onsite in Woodstock, GABilingual skills are a plus
