The role requires working onsite from Pleasanton and contributing to the design, development, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based data solutions.Key Responsibilities-Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Work hands-on with BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics use casesDevelop and manage relational workloads using AlloyDBBuild and maintain data transformation pipelines using DBTOrchestrate workflows using Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow)Implement infrastructure as code using TerraformDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data and cloud workloadsWrite efficient SQL queries for data modelling, transformation, and reportingFollow modern development practices including vibe coding and clean code standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutionsEnsure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of GCP solutionsMandatory Technical Skills-Strong foundation experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Advanced SQL skillsHands-on experience with BigQueryExperience working with AlloyDBStrong experience in DBTWorkflow orchestration using Composer (Airflow)Infrastructure automation using TerraformExperience building and managing CI/CD pipelinesExposure to vibe coding and modern development practicesAdditional Requirements-Must be a hands-on developer (no pure coordination roles)Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities
