Hiring: Payroll Manager | Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)Compensation: $120K – $140K + full benefitsLocation: Los Angeles, CA (fully onsite)A growing, mid-sized company in Los Angeles is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead and optimize a high-volume payroll function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.What You’ll Do:• Lead and mentor a team of 5 payroll professionals• Oversee semi-monthly payroll for 3,000+ employees• Ensure compliance with California wage & hour laws and tax regulations• Manage payroll systems (ADP, E-time or similar) and process improvements• Partner with HR & Accounting on payroll operations and reporting• Handle audits, reporting, and complex payroll transactionsWhat We’re Looking For:• 5+ years of payroll leadership experience• Strong knowledge of California payroll and tax regulations• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ADP or similar systems• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalismIf you’re a dependable leader who takes ownership and ensures payroll runs accurately and on time, we want to hear from you.We will consider for employment, qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the State of California Fair
