Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Executive Operations Coordinator, located in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will support operational efficiency by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication across teams. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, supporting client engagements, assisting with operational projects, and delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders. This role requires proactive planning, attention to detail, and a commitment to organizational excellence. Qualifications Strong operations management and administrative assistance skills to effectively manage schedules, tasks, and operational workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in customer service orientation and managing relationships with clients and team members.Strong analytical skills to review processes, organize data, and aid in problem-solving for operational improvements.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in relevant software and tools including office productivity programs.Experience supporting executives or managing operational functions is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
