Senior Program Quality Manager, Capital Projects

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across capital projects for the owner or EPC. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and set supplier/contractor qualification standards.In regulated programs (NQA-1, API, or DOT), you are the qualified quality authority. You will report quality performance to executive leadership and participate in audits, with travel as required.
