Drop Bury Technician (Fiber Service Lines) 1099 Contractor

Job Description Benefits:Training & developmentWe are seeking motivated 1099 independent contractors to join our team installing and burying fiber service lines from the terminal to residential homes.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for completing fiber drop installations from start to finish, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to depth requirements. Work includes hand trenching, light boring, and proper restoration of property.Locations: Albuquerque Santa Fe Las Cruces, NM & surrounding areasRequirementsMust have a reliable truck or work vehicleAll necessary tools and equipment to complete drop bury work (812 inch depth) preferred, but we can provide tools if necessary.Basic tools include: shovels, rakes, drills, flex bits, and boring toolsMust be self-motivated, reliable, and safety-focusedAbility to work independently and meet quality standardsTraining provided for qualified applicantsCompensationPay: Per dropAverage Earnings: $1,200$1,600 per weekPaid weekly (1099 contractor)Why Join UsPaid training and ongoing supportConsistent workload in multiple New Mexico marketsOpportunity to grow with an expanding fiber contractor
