Management Opportunity _ Jefferson County, Herculaneum MO, Automotive Detail Shop Manager _ HIGH VOLUME The Detail Shop Manager is responsible for planning, directing, overseeing and working alongside the employees of the detail and wash departments. They are responsible for output and quality control as well as managing all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties. The candidate should have a background in and firm understanding of managing hourly employees and a stand-alone operation effectively on their own. Job Requirements: Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to achieve targeted goals Ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines Professional appearance and work ethic Able to work flexible schedule as needed Effective written and verbal communication skills Prior Management experience Prior Automotive Detailing experience Valid / Insurable Driver’s license Job Responsibilities: Detailing of ALL Inventory for Retail and/or prior to delivery Maintain shop workflow capacity, efficiency and productivity Hiring, Training and Maintaining Detail Shop Staff Identify and address opportunities to enhance / improve productivity Inspect finished work thoroughly and correct where needed This is a “Functional / Working” Manager position therefore you will be required and expected to work within and alongside other detail staff members physically processing and cleaning units.
