DescriptionJoin Chaddock & Support Employee Growth!The Visitation Specialist provides supportive services to children and families involved in foster care and adoption, with a primary focus on supervised visitations, parental mentoring, and transportation. This role ensures the safety and well-being of children during visits, offers parenting guidance to biological parents, and helps facilitate meaningful family connections. Responsibilities include transporting clients, documenting visit activities, coordinating schedules, and reporting concerns to child welfare staff. The Visitation Specialist is expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential approach while upholding agency policies and regulatory standards.
