This role will assist with product support, program coordination, customer communications, marketing activities, and data-driven decision making.ResponsibilitiesSupport clean heat product strategy under senior product leadershipTranslate policy and regulatory requirements into program rulesWrite and update program applications and supporting collateralSupport marketing campaigns and customer messagingCoordinate with marketing communications teams to ensure message consistencySupport KPI tracking and reporting activitiesAssist with data-driven decision makingProvide administrative and coordination support throughout the product lifecycleWork with marketing, policy, and regulatory teams to support program implementationUpdate customer-facing materials and documentationCoordinate across teams to ensure programs are implemented correctlyRequired Qualifications0-3 years of experience in business, marketing, product support, or program support rolesStrong Microsoft Office skillsPowerPoint proficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic math and analytical skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce experienceMarketing campaign experienceBusiness analytics experienceMarketing communications experienceBeneficial electrification exposureResidential HVAC exposureExperience with residential insulation and air sealing servicesExperience with weatherization offeringsWork EnvironmentHybrid work scheduleStandard business hoursCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity for professional growth and developmentWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
