Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. As an Assistant Store Director at Bobbles & Lace, you will oversee daily store operations, assist with inventory management, and drive sales performance. You will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, provide training to staff, and ensure the store meets its goals. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere our brand is known for. Qualifications Experience in Store Management and Commerce, with the ability to efficiently oversee daily operations and contribute to sales strategies.Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional shopping experiences and fostering client relationships.Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members to strengthen their skills and performance.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.A passion for fashion and understanding of current trends is a plus.Previous retail management experience is highly desirable.
