Document Control Specialist

*Duties*
* Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures aligned with ISO regulations, and Semiconductor regulatory standards.
* Manage document workflows using advanced document management systems such as SharePoint and ERP platforms to ensure efficient processing and version control.
* Review, proofread, and verify technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Organize filing systems—both electronic and physical—ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of all records.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate document review processes and ensure timely approval cycles.
* Maintain detailed records of document revisions, approvals, and distribution logs for audit readiness.
* Support data entry, data management, and records management activities to uphold strict quality management protocols.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in document control within the engineering or manufacturing industry, preferably in regulated environments such as Semiconductor.
* Strong understanding of ISO standards for documentation.
* Demonstrated proficiency with document management systems like SharePoint, ERP software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
* Experience in technical writing, proofreading, and ensuring document compliance across various regulatory frameworks.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards and legal documentation requirements is highly desirable.
* Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across departments while managing sensitive information securely.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
