Your Responsibilities
Core Maintenance: Handle PMs and troubleshooting for large metal stamping presses and press brakes (mechanical & electrical).
Project Management: For newer CNC equipment, be in charge of calling in and scheduling factory service techs for specialized repairs—no need to do it all yourself.
Facility Ownership: Maintain a neat, organized shop and handle general facility needs as they arise.
Requirements
Expertise: Deep experience in metal manufacturing maintenance.
Independence: The ability to self-direct and stay on schedule without supervision.
Versatility: Skilled in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Pay: $32 – $38/hour + Quarterly Bonuses

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical presses, assembly lines, automated systems, and facilities infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automation systems using best practices to ensure high equipment uptime.
Execute and document preventive maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Coordinate with external contractors and manage the procurement of necessary replacement parts.
Uphold all safety regulations and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Required Qualifications:
Certification in industrial maintenance or at least five years of equivalent hands-on experience.
A minimum of three years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a production environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in the technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with maintaining mechanical power presses and coil feed systems, as well as their control systems.
PMs only with CNC machining centers and laser or waterjet cutting equipment
Experience utilizing CMMS software.
