If you are seeking an opportunity to join a talented team of dedicated professionals in a company that keeps North America moving, we invite you to apply!Position's Pay Range: Starting at 68,640 (based on experience) plus 10% MICP Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5 (flexible) with on call as needed Monday to FridayPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area.Essential FunctionsAssess customer needs and timing of deliveriesManage daily delivery schedule for driversPlan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outletsReceive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributorsProvide frontline customer service for existing accountsAnswer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyMonitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team membersMonitor web portals for station inventoriesSolicit freight from customersCreate loads in dispatch systemDivide dispatch responsibilities with other team membersEnter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system)On-call duties as neededQualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent conflict resolution and skillsEffective oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsNote: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
